Texas A&M University at Qatar is a proud extension of our flagship campus in College Station, Texas. With more than 1,600 graduates from our Qatar campus, Texas A&M has expanded its large network of Aggies around the world.
At Texas A&M at Qatar, we maintain close contact with our graduates to promote a sense of affinity and long-term camaraderie among former students. In addition to supporting former students with career-related matters, our office stays connected through regular interactions via email, live and virtual events, former student talks and visits, as well as mentorship. The annual Aggie Alumni Reunion brings together a great number of former students from varying class years, majors and residential cities, as some of our enthusiastic graduates travel from numerous locations in the region to attend this annual reunion. The Alumni of the Year Award, presented to one distinguished former student a year, is awarded on this night.
Career Services
The Career Services unit at Texas A&M University at Qatar provides career support and guidance to current and former students. Even years after graduation, former students are encouraged to reach out to our career services representatives for support in career changes, or help with updating their CVs and workplace skills.

We engage and support industry by providing technical expertise through continuing and professional education that develops human capital and capacity for Qatar’s knowledge-based economy. Our office works closely with local and regional businesses, to offer high-quality courses related to company’s needs. Course instructors are faculty members from Texas A&M’s branch campus in Qatar and the main campus in College Station, Texas. For courses related to topics not offered at our campus in Qatar, we are fortunate to work very closely with our main campus, which can provide faculty expertise remotely, as well as in-person classes in Qatar.
Our aim is to promote high-quality and effective lifelong opportunities for Qatar’s industry and community, through general and customized course offerings.
