Ms. Khadija ElCadi has over 18 years of experience in general business administration field. She brings an impressive range of skills to the position she is currently occupying in Texas A&M University at Qatar.

As an Administrative Professional, she successfully filled different positions throughout the past years and her various career achievements have covered: Project Management Support & Administration, Marketing & Sales, Customer Service, and Teaching. 

After having graduated and gained her Baccalaureate Degree from Lycée Moussa Ibn Noussair in Marrakech in 1990, Ms. Khadija Elcadi studied Literature and Arts in Al Cadi Ayyad University of Literature and Social Sciences, one of the best-known universities in Marrakech, Morocco from 1990 to 1994.  Soon after that, she got her Diploma in Secretariat, Shorthand & Typewriting from Chawki Institute. She also worked on improving her professional skills by attending various trainings in Business Writing, Time Management, Multi-Tasking Skills and Introduction to Supervision workshops.

Ms. ElCadi has been a member of Texas A&M University at Qatar for the past seven years. She currently serves the Liberal Arts Program as Senior Administrative Coordinator. Her core duties include, but are not limited to: providing administrative support to LA faculty and staff , setting up the periodic LA meetings, preparing agendas and minutes of meetings, providing administrative support for specialized projects, events, conferences and workshops being conducted by the LA Program and managing them from start to finish, placing and monitoring the LA textbooks orders, tracking the faculty travel and resource allowances, tracking the procurement card expenditures, preparing the required data for ABET Files, and last but not least, handling the Liberal Arts Program's guest and visitor itineraries. 

Prior to joining Texas A&M University at Qatar, Ms. ElCadi acquired extensive organizational and administrative experience in a variety of settings, both commercial and educational. She served high-profile institutions like "ABC Primary School" in Marrakech, Morocco, "NBK Holding Group, Doha", "The College of the North Atlantic at Qatar" and lastly "Dolphin Energy Ltd", the largest single energy initiative ever undertaken in the Middle East, where she worked as Senior Secretary for Wells Operations Department assisting the Head of Engineering and Methods along with the Senior Wells Operations. Ms. ElCadi is now proud to have moved on to her current position with Texas A&M University at Qatar which she greatly enjoys.
