Mohammad is currently working as a Technical Laboratory Coordinator in the Mechanical Engineering Program at Texas A&M University at Qatar. Mohammad Joined Texas A&M University at Qatar in January 2010 and worked as a research associate in the Electrical Engineering Department designing and developing oil & gas related mechanical tools and electromechanical equipment.
Mohammad has over 14 years’ experience in mechanical design, analysis/simulation, manufacturing, testing, integration, team leading and project management. He joined and contributed to many design projects, tutored and managed workers and students, established labs, workshops, teams and offered freelance design services.
He has two international automotive design awards and had been accepted twice in QSTP’s accelerator program. In 2017 his project got selected as a winner in Challenge 22 Cycle 2, and he has two published US patents.
