Ms. Gharbaia is the Administrative Coordinator II in the Mechanical Engineering Program at Texas A&M University at Qatar. Her role includes coordinating administrative support function to the mechanical engineering program.
Ms. Gharbaia joined the Mechanical Engineering Program in April 2013 and brought with her ~12 years of administrative support experience. She spent 10 years in the Scholarship section at Qatar Petroleum (July 2001-Oct. 2010); she served as a Senior Administrative Assistant in the Training & Development Department at Oryx GTL-Ras Laffan; and she worked at Al Salam Petroleum Services in 1995.
In 2011, Ms. Gharbaia became a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
Education
Ms. Gharbaia completed her BA in English Translation at the Applied Science University-Jordan in July 2001.
