Society of Automotive Engineers

The Texas A&M University Qatar - SAE is a student run organization which aims to provide students with hands on engineering experience. We provide our members with the budget and experience to build and engineer a world of difference. Our young organization is setting up a team to participate in the SAE Aero Design Competition. For those interested in the automotive industry, SAE is dedicated to start work on the universities first Formula SAE car. For underclass men, SAE provides the resources to organize interuniversity activities in order to help them gain experience in leading and organizing projects.

 

SAE also works closely with the industry and organizes seminars with guest speakers representing  Material Science Center Qatar, Volkswagen and Porsche. Our integrated membership system has its doors open to all new and enthusiastic members.
