Attesting Your Texas A&M University Degree

Due to campus closure in response to COVID-19:

  • Electronic forms (clear, A4 black and white scanned copy) may be submitted to records@qatar.tamu.edu for verification and signature. Items may only be collected on Thursdays at the main entrance of the Texas A&M at Qatar building (see below for more information).
  • The attestation process for printed forms will be conducted on the days below:

Steps to Attest Your Texas A&M University Diploma & Graduation/or Enrollment Letter:
 

  • Copy your diploma (A4 size, black & white)/or get the official enrollment letter
  • Get Office of Records signature and stamp, (please email records@qatar.tamu.edu and allow 3 business days)
  • Get Qatar Foundation signature and stamp (QF Government affairs located in villa 5)
    Mr. Tariq Al-Suwaidi; Government Affairs Manager. For more information, please contact Kristina Tuazon at ktuazon@qf.org.qa.
  • Get Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Council Department, signature and stamp
