Texas A&M University at Qatar students, that are currently enrolled, are expected to follow Texas A&M University rules and uphold the core values of respect, excellence, leadership, loyalty, integrity and self-less service. The Department of Student Affairs is committed in following an equitable process to involved parties and providing information about the steps involved in the student conduct process. Each allegation is documented and investigated to the fullest capacity and alleged violations can be submitted anonymously. The link provided above provides important information about student expectations and possible sanctions.
In order to report an alleged violation, students, faculty and staff may complete a Campus Community Incident Report.

Texas A&M University at Qatar is committed to providing an educational and work climate that is conducive to the personal and professional development of each individual. To further that commitment, the university has developed procedures for students to pursue grievances within the university community.
Assistance with Student Grievances To ensure that students understand how to appropriately pursue a grievance at Texas A&M University, students are encouraged to seek clarification and advice regarding procedures before initiating a grievance. Although a student may seek such advice from any faculty or staff member, the Department of Student Affairs (053) has staff members trained to help students who have grievances. Students are encouraged to seek assistance from this office in pursuing any type of grievance.

You may also file a complaint with TAMU's regional accrediting agency, SACSCOC. Complete the Commission's Complaint Form (PDF) and send two print copies to:

In most cases, these complaint procedures require the student to exhaust all complaint avenues internal to the institution before a complaint can be filed at the state or accrediting agency level. Students are advised to first attempt to resolve complaints with TAMUQ administration.
