Dr. Dhabia Al Mohannadi, adjunct professor of chemical engineering at Texas A&M University at Qatar and TAMUQ alumna, has been named in MIT Technology Review Arabia's Innovators Under 35 MENA list!
It brought together over 300 global experts in chemistry, materials science, and engineering to discuss urgent environmental challenges and promote sustainable innovation. Supported by Qatar Research, Development and Innovation (QRDI) Council the three-day event was held under the theme “Synergy for Sustainability: Advancing a Greener Future through Chemistry and Engineering.”
This award honors those who consistently demonstrate excellence in education, leadership and service to Texas A&M, embodying the highest standards of achievement.

Texas A&M at Qatar celebrated IEEE Day with a variety of exciting activities, including circuit building competitions, RC racing, and a fun Kahoot quiz. More than 100 students participated, highlighting innovation and hands-on learning in electrical engineering.

Congratulations to the Texas A&M University at Qatar team on winning third place in the Chem-E-Car Competition poster contest
The team was led by captain Farah Alawyia and included Aiman Ali, Mohamed Mohamed, Dana AbouHassanain (HBKU), Sai Lingampalli (HBKU), Saud AlJaidi, and Aisha Taha, all under the mentorship of Dr. Ghada Salama, advisor to TAMUQ's AIChE chapter.
